Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Clinical
SupervisorJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinical Supervisor
for our Social Skills program. The successful candidate will be
responsible for creating and implementing Applied Behavior Analysis
(ABA) programs, providing oversight for specific cases, and working
closely with our Social Beginnings Program
Director.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ABA programs for assigned clients,
including initial and ongoing assessments, creation of treatment
plans, and analysis of program data.
- Provide supervisory services for our after-school social skills
program, including training and supervision of staff and clinical
staff.
- Collaborate with our clinical and field teams to ensure
seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Ensure that assigned clients' programs are appropriate and
effective, and make recommendations for program adjustments as
needed.
- Document billed services, including session dates and times,
description of services provided, and additional documentation as
assigned.Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related
field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working in and developing ABA-based social skills
programs preferred.
- Experience supervising implementation of ABA-based treatment
programs by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Completion of BCBA supervision training.
- Current state license in Maryland, or in process to acquire
it.
- 3+ years of experience working with children with developmental
disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work
collaboratively with others.About Verbal Beginnings:Verbal

their families.Compensation and Benefits:We offer a competitive
hourly rate of $105.00 per hour, with opportunities for paid BACB
supervision and additional compensation for family trainings. Our
part-time schedule includes Monday-Thursday, 4:30pm-7:30pm, with
flexibility to commit to a 2-day or 4-day schedule during the
school year.
