• 10+ years of experience in Business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Finance
• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst for a large financial institution
• Experience in working in an Agile environment as a Product owner
• Excellent personal organization skills and ability to take things to closure without follow-ups
• Leadership skills and ability to work well with diverse team members, often in multiple locations
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
• Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
• Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications, user stories with special emphasis on use cases, acceptance criteria, test cases
• Knowledge of business analysis best practices (such as BABOK)
• Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes, presentations, and other documentation communications
• Experience with Full Lifecycle software development processes
• Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques (preferably BPMN)
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops for capturing user stories
• Experience with process-reengineering and writing SQL queries
• Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Experience with tools like iGrafx, PEGA, Camunda, BPM is a plus
• CBAP, CSPO or similar certification is a plusResponsibilities:
• To prepare the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage.
• To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications.
• To participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the functional specification mapping to business requirements.
• To prepare and/or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements.
• Suggest design solutions.
