Job Overview The Program Manager will oversee the planning,
execution, and delivery of strategic programs that enhance supply
chain resilience in support of USPs mission to build trust in the
supply of safe and quality medicines. The Program Manager will be
responsible for supporting internal cross-functional collaboration
across all supply chain portfolios, leading the development and
management of the U.S. supply chain stakeholders engagement plan,
developing and maintaining supply chain work processes and
procedures, serve as the coordinator of an internal Business Unit
Team and the external USPs Supply Chain Advisory Board. This role
requires skills in managing complex projects, cross-functional
collaboration, and operational excellence to ensure timely delivery
of program objectives This is a Fixed Term assignment for 4 Years

Additionally, USPs People and Culture division, in partnership with
the Equity Office, invests in leadership and workforce development
to equip all employees with the skills to create high-performing,
inclusive teams. This includes training in equitable management
practices and tools to promote engaged, collaborative, and
results-driven work environments. The Program Manager, U.S. Supply
Chain Center will work closely with internal teams, external
stakeholders, and global partners to ensure the CoEs programs
deliver measurable impact, and will have the following
responsibilities: Program Management o Manage the implementation of
the workplans and operations of the USPs supply chain Center of
Excellence. o Lead the coordination of the operations of the USPs
Supply Chain Business Unit Team, facilitate cross-functional
collaboration across USPs supply chain portfolios, and monitor
supply chain programs progress, track key performance indicators
(KPIs), and report on outcomes. o Develop detailed project plans,
timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure
successful program execution. o Collaborate with the USPs External
Engagement team to develop and deploy communication resources on
supply chain resilience programs and initiatives. Stakeholder
Engagement o Lead the development and management of the U.S. supply
chain stakeholders engagement plan. o Facilitate workshops,
meetings, and events to promote best practices in supply chain
management. o Manage the external Advisory Board and facilitate
their engagement with USP initiatives. o Collaborate with Global
External Affairs and External Communication teams on supply chain
and CoE initiatives to ensure clear communication and stakeholder
alignment. Work Processes and Procedures o Develop and maintain
supply chain work processes and procedures. o Develop manuals and
procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in supply chain
operations. o Support the development of supply chain tools and
resources including knowledge hub, webpage, and communication
resources. o Monitor and refine processes based on feedback and
performance metrics. Data Analysis and Reporting o Develop data
analytical tools to analyze program data to assess performance,
identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements. o Prepare
comprehensive reports, presentations, and dashboards for
leadership, stakeholders, and external partners. o Leverage data to
support evidence-based decision-making and strategic planning. Who
is USP Looking For? The successful candidate will have a
demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence
through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to
quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the
following competencies and experience: Bachelors degree i n Life
Sciences, Public Health, Supply Chain Management, Business
Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of program or
project management experience , preferably in the pharmaceutical or
health supply chain sectors. Proven ability to manage complex,
multi-stakeholder initiatives. Strong communication, facilitation,
and organizational skills. Additional Desired Preferences Masters
degree in pharmacy or supply chain management. Strong computer and
analytical skills, previous experience in data integration and AI
in supply chain. Demonstrated ability to work both independently
and as a member of a team, show initiative, solve problems,
prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, meet
deadlines, and remain calm under pressure. Excellent
organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven
ability to work in a team. Supervisory Responsibilities None, this

Range: USD $86,000.00 $109,000.00 annually. Target Annual Bonus: %
Varies based on level of role. Individual compensation packages are
based on various factors unique to each candidates skill set,
experience, qualifications, equity, and other job-related reasons.
