Technical Sales Representative - HVAC - Base Salary to 90k/year - Clinton, MD Our client is a well-established industrial equipment rental organization experiencing rapid growth and seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a true “hunter” mentality. The Technical Sales Representative role is focused on developing and hunting for new business through strategic outreach and market expansion, while also fostering long-term client relationships. In addition, the Technical Sales Representative will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, strengthen customer partnerships, and support sustained revenue. This company offers stability and so much growth potential. Responsibilities: Own and actively manage an assigned sales territory with a strong emphasis on new business development. Conduct in-person, virtual sales calls and presentations to present customized equipment/ service solutions. Maintain a consistent meeting cadence with clients to support account growth and retention. Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions. Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new accounts through targeted prospecting and strategic market development. Stay current on company training, new product offerings, and relevant industry trends. Qualifications: 3 years of successful B2B and/or outside sales experience with a documented record of performance. Willingness and ability to travel within the territory up to 90% of the time. Exposure to HVAC, industrial equipment, or rental-based sales environments preferred. Strong organizational, time-management, and territory planning skills. Compensation: Base salary in the 80k - 90k/year range plus uncapped commission potential. Company-provided vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone. 401k plan with company match.
