Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Reston, VA (Hybrid 3x/Week) About TechSur Solutions TechSur Solutions, LLC is a fast-growing federal IT services firm specializing in Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Low/No-Code, DevSecOps, and Digital Modernization across federal agencies. As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking a passionate, driven Business Development Associate to join our Growth Team. Job Responsibilities Identifying and nurturing new business opportunities in IT services and emerging technology solutions Supporting capture efforts for federal and commercial opportunities Working closely with technical teams to develop proposals, marketing collateral, and capability messaging Building and maintaining relationships with industry partners, OEMs, and government stakeholders Required Skills 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Capture Experience or interest in IT services or product sales (Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Low Code, etc.) Federal sector experience preferred but NOT required Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills A high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to grow in the government tech space Education Bachelor’s degree in business and management, information systems, computer science, or another related field Why Join TechSur?
