Receptive to the opportunity to be coached and consult with our experienced team leaders. Make a commitment to attend our weekly sales meetings and a 3-day training schedule, enhancing your skills and knowledge every week from 9:30 am to 10:30 am. 1-year term with this position once completely trained. Good standing license. Compensation: $100,000 at-plan commission Responsibilities: Abide by the Realtors’ Code of Ethics Close 18 transactions in the year (12 months) Be responsive and flexible to the client's needs and their schedule Be able to meet clients for home tours within 60 minutes if requested, as necessary Follow up and nurture clients Work with the Support Team (Team Lead, ISA, TC, etc.) Conduct market analyses Negotiate offers and contingencies Attend property inspections Attend closings Attend final walkthroughs Attend 1:1 coaching, sales, and training meetings Qualifications: License required Only local candidates will be considered for this position!
