A great candidate will handle service generated leads & marketed sales leads. The primary responsibilities for this role will be managing company generated sales leads for both existing customer sales leads as well as prospecting and closing new clients. Compensation: 100% Commission with no limits or caps. Average 1st year earnings $150k-$250k. Commission based pay with unlimited earning potential. Great income potential with the ability to sell both HVAC & Plumbing replacements together. Sales Plan: - Paid training - Percentage based commissions for sales - Quarterly sales plan bonuses - Year-end sales plan bonuses - Commissions paid WEEKLY - Manufactures salesman spiffs Job requirements include: - Clean background, MVR, and drug screen - Minimum of 5 years Sales experience.
