Job Description:
Vantor, Inc., a pioneer in AI-driven solutions and professional
IT services within the Defense & Aerospace sector, is seeking a
seasoned Sr. Account Executive to lead and expand our business
operations with the U.S. Army. As a key member of our sales team,
the successful candidate will develop strategic relationships,
understand vital Army technology needs, and deliver bespoke IT
solutions that align with mission-critical objectives. This role
demands a strategic thinker with a robust knowledge of the defense
industry and the capability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
specific to the U.S. Army. Cultivate lasting relationships with key
Army stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers. Conduct
in-depth analysis of the Army's operational requirements and
propose tailored IT solutions. Coordinate with technical and
project management teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
Maintain an accurate and detailed pipeline of prospects and current
clients to manage and forecast sales activities. Stay abreast of
industry trends, competitive environment, and regulatory compliance
issues. Proven expertise in sales, negotiation, and relationship
management Strong understanding of the U.S. Army operations and
government procurement processes Proficient in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, presentation, and
organizational skills Capability to manage complex sales cycles and
multiple projects at the same time Medical Insurance Dental
