Progression opportunities available for those who out-perform.The OpportunityJoin our winning sales team as Aftermarket Sales Manager.This is a new role created due to company growth. You will lead our Aftermarket Sales team and be responsible for driving their performance to exceed targets and maximise our 'share of wallet' with our major mining client base.We manufacture Slurryflex ('the world's toughest mining hose') and Abrasiguard ('the world's most durable slurry piping') right here in Australia. Our proven system is helping mine sites around the world perform better with greater uptime and less maintenance.This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful company on a strong growth trajectory. The Role You will manage an Aftermarket Sales team of six Account Managers servicing approximately 150 existing mining client sites across Australia and international. You will be responsible for ensuring your sales team originates and closes deals to hit and exceed target whilst continually improving their 'share of wallet' in their account portfolio. Key responsibilities include:- Sales management- Sales pipeline management (by salesperson)- Sales coaching (deal-by-deal with salesperson)- Sales planning (portfolios & targets)- Sales recruiting & trainingWe run a structured sales process with strong use of CRM and an office-based sales team selling primarily over phone, email, and video call. Our engineered products offer best-in-class performance that we sell at a premium price direct to the end user. Our Aftermarket sales team operates a 'farmer' sales model focused on growing 'share of wallet' within existing client accounts. Our sales team is well supported by our technical experts, sales support team, and operations team, allowing them to focus on selling and closing deals.About YouWe are looking for a Sales Manager who is competitive, highly motivated, with the ability to drive out-performance from their sales team. You will enjoy working in a structured sales environment, with a defined sales process, high accountability, clear metrics, and a strong focus on results. You will be great at driving your team's performance with high energy, strong discipline on activities and metrics, regular pipeline review (by salesperson), and coaching on deal tactics (on a play-by-play basis if required). You enjoy selling a premium product offering which out-performs the competition and delivers the value to justify a premium price point. Product or industry experience is not required. You will have a strong desire to learn and improve your knowledge and skills. To assist with this, we will put you through a structured onboarding and training program to bring you up to speed as quickly as possible.Experience required (and preferred) includes:- Proven success as a salesperson and sales manager (required)- Experience running structured office-based sales model using CRM (required)- Experience in industrial sales with technical product or service (preferred)- Experience selling premium product direct to end-user (preferred)Why Beaver Process Equipment?It is an exciting time to join our team as we accelerate our growth to build a real Australian success story.
