The opportunity: Based at our office in Osborne Park, and r eporting to the Sales Manager - Government and Fleet, this new position will see you support, nurture, and grow existing, as well as new business and relationships within the Fleet sectors. As a highly motivated and experienced -Fleet Sales Consultant you will increase company revenue through the development and maintenance of strong business relationships and introducing the benefits of Pedders market leading products. You will be workingwithin an experienced and supportive team and will contribute to the overall success of our sales team. The role provides excellent sales opportunities and the ability to develop a long-term career at Pedders. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic and commercial approaches to growing the company's market share.
  • Maintaining existing relationships and growing customer base to increase market share.
  • Actively source new business via lead generation and follow up to secure future business.
  • Collaborating with teams within the organisation to ensure best outcomes, particularly in sales and profit targets achievement.
  • Researching and reporting on up-to-date market trends and opportunities.
  • Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions that meet customer's needs.
  • Contribute to an innovative and positive team environment in line with the Pedders Values and Culture.
  • Conduct consistent customer visit cycles to support company, franchise, and authorised dealer network which will involve inter/intra state travel at times. Why join Pedders?

      • Demonstrated experience in the Automotive Fleet management industry.
      • Working knowledge of automotive fleet sales and customer service processes.
      • Product knowledge and confidence in training/demonstration.
      • Intermediate/advanced excel and strong business acumen.
      • Proven results with KPI's and relationship building.
      • Good planning and organisation skills.
