Robert Half has an opening for a Custome Service Representative to work overnight in Falls Church, VA. . If you're looking for work as a Customer Service Representative and are articulate and highly-skilled, we could have an excellent career opportunity for you. The Customer Service Representative will be working overnight 12-hour shifts (40 hours a week) with rotating weekends. The position will be based in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

Major responsibilities
-Will be training during the weekday time hours and after training will be working overnight

• Handling Indepth calls/ emails
  
  -Strong communication skills and clear spoken English

    Manage and place incoming telephone calls

    Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

    Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence
    
    
    -Tech savvy
    Requirements
    -Looking to work overnight 12 hour shifts / rotating weekends
    -Prior customer service experience

    • 
      Excellent problem-solving skills
      
      
    • 
      Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
      
      
    • 
      Customer service and office administrative skills
      
      
    • 
      2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
      
      
    • 
      Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
      
      
    • 
      Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research
      
      
    • 
      Basic knowledge in computer software programs and office equipment
      
      
    • 
      A consistently positive approach to your work that is rooted in a businesslike professionalism
      
      
    • 
      Experience using Microsoft Office
      
      
    • 
      Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
