- The Senior Sales Executive Serves as the Primary Account Leader
for Federal Healthcare Accounts.
- Collaborates with Customers, Partners, and Internal stake
holders to include Channel, Marketing, Solution Architecture and
Capture.
- Develops Account Strategy for Business Growth and customer
Retention to include both new and existing customers within Federal
Healthcare Agency.
- Evangelizes LexisNexis Risk Solutions value proposition and key
differentiators from competitors and current processes.
- Leads demonstration, presentations, and explanation of
solutions in conjunction with technical team.
- Ensures timely and accurate forecasting and reporting to
include revenue Projections, pipeline growth and implementation
timelines.
- Has at least 5 years of proven success selling into Federal
Agencies, working knowledge of Government Procurement Processes,
and consistent goal achievement as an individual contributor.
- Delivers results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory
environments.
- Identifies and gains access to Funding Owners and Opportunity
Champions within customers for Enterprise Opportunities.
- Problem solves issues that arise to ensure high levels of
customer service and to get the deal across the finish line.
- Takes accountability for end results, Finances/Budget and
exercises Control over resource, planning, and policy
formulation
- Serves as a fiscal Steward to the Company and practices the
morals and Values of LexisNexis as a strong representation of the
brandGeneral Profile
- Provides leadership to managers and/or senior professional
staff and has accountability for the performance and results of
multiple diverse teams; delivers results through management and
contributes primarily by ensuring that operational and functional
goals are delivered upon
- Makes contributions to the strategy of the function.
- Develops departmental plans and provides input to the
professional direction of their discipline, setting policy and
ensuring operational and function goals are delivered.
- Delivers results in fast-changing businesses and/or regulatory
environments
- Decision making is guided by functional strategy
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated, successful, experience selling
into the federal market.Recommended Skills
- Functional Knowledge: Requires a comprehensive understanding of
internal and industry standards and principles within own
discipline and requires knowledge of other disciplines
- Proven Knowledge: Of the federal procurement system
- Business Expertise: Applies in-depth understanding of the
business dynamics of own department/district integrates within the

impact the function effectively

managers and/or senior professionals
