thrive longer.JOB SUMMARYThe Sr. Analyst will support the marketing
department to identify business challenges and provide solutions
through complex data analysis related to sales & marketing. This
role will interpret results from multiple sources using a variety
of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to advanced
statistical & predictive methods such as linear/logistic &
multi-variate regression, A/B testing, frontier analyses or
decision trees. The Sr. Analyst will design, develop, and
communicate complex data analysis results to the rest of the
organization in an easily digestible way, create recommendations
based on data, and help implement and optimize those
solutions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with team members to understand business goals and sales &
marketing initiatives to create analytical reports, insights, and
plans that drive results
- Analyze online user behavior across multiple websites to track
customer journeys
- Audit and own existing Google Analytics setups and optimize or
recreate for business needs and sales & marketing efforts
- Fully understand and make recommendations for analytics
development through Google Tag Manager or other tagging
platforms
- Understand and report behavioral data and analytics from
multiple digital platforms including email marketing and social
media tools
- Interpret marketing funnel data into actionable insights that
can be used to improve conversions
- Create analytics reports to be delivered to senior and
executive management
- Interact with users and technical team members to analyze
requirements and develop technical design specifications
- Answer specific business questions by interpreting complex
data, modeling using statistical techniques, validating results,
and communicating to senior management
- Devise and assess procedures and methods for data collection,
including opinion polls, surveys, and questionnaires
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Troubleshoot complex issues and make recommendations to improve
efficiency and accuracy
- Provide guidance and mentoring to other team members

QUALIFICATIONSEducation and/or Experience
- BS in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer
Science, Information Management, or related fields
- Proven 5 years of working experience as a business/data
analyst
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Experience in data science, plus
- Documented education related to marketing analytics,
statistics, digital toolsCertificates, Licenses, Registrations or
Professional Designations
- N/ASKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- Employ excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
to communicate with team members, organizational leaders, and
vendors effectively and tactfully
- Work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Multitask and balance multiple assignments and priorities
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize,
analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with
attention to detail and accuracy
- Expert in Google Analytics and other online marketing analytics
tools
- Understanding of digital property tagging and data gathering
processes and techniques
- Strong knowledge of search engine marketing techniques
including SEO, PPC
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize,
analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with
attention to detail and accuracy, required
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical
packages for analyzing large datasets, required
- Passion to learn and work with multiple data sources to perform
complex analyses
- Natural curiosity and motivation to dig into the details
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Additional digital marketing, eCommerce, and web analytics
