Job Description Expeditors is looking for a talented Sales Enablement Strategist to support the planning, implementation, and optimization of our sales enablement program for all Digital Solution brands. Partnering with the sales team and broader marketing department, the Sales Enablement Strategist will support finding the channels and strategies that ultimately increase revenue through data-driven analysis. They will manage programs, tools, and resources that help improve the effectiveness of the sales team throughout the sales cycle. To be successful, the Sales Enablement Strategist has a deep understanding of the business-to-business sales cycle and customer lifecycle, plus an ability to use that knowledge to increase the sales team's efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Responsibilities:

  • Work with sales and marketing leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
  • Design and implement metrics to measure the impact, effectiveness, and value of sales enablement content
  • Identify and implement sales process improvements throughout the sales cycle
  • Planning, coordinating, and deployment of the necessary training for the sales team
  • Support building, planning, and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Manage sales processes and resources in CMS and CRM systems
  • Be an advocate for sales and drive the relationship with the Marketing and Product Management teams Qualifications
    • Three years experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales support
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or related major
    • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and managing internal stakeholders
    • Experience with HubSpot or other CRMs and CSM systems (creating and modifying dashboards, sequence creation, etc.)
    • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a fast-paced team
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Ability to own projects, demonstrate good judgment when working with team members Additional Information Expeditors offers excellent benefits
