Sales Development Representative, North America

The SDR role requires a hunter-mentality and skills to follow up on marketing generated leads and perform independent prospecting. Support sales in designated market segments, identify volume and strategic prospects, and develops customers. Experience conducting business over the phone and has a professional-writing proficiency. Your goal will be to support our sales and marketing initiatives in the North American region.

Responsibilities

Master Synopsys target market, business drivers and strategies Qualify potential business opportunities Execute the necessary activities to meet goals Leverage all contacts to identify other prospects through referrals Identify key stakeholders and position Synopsys appropriately Support field sales representatives in North America
Requirements
Works on assignments that are difficult, requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. As a skilled specialist, completes a wide range of complex tasks in resourceful and effective ways. May be known in the department as the "knowledge base" of information. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. Works under general guidance from supervisors with autonomy in planning work.
