As an Internet Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for people who inquire online about purchasing a vehicle. You will provide answers to questions they may have and set up appointments with potential buyers.Extensive training is provided! We havein-house training dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs. In this role, you will learn about all of the newest vehicles and technologies on the market and build lasting relationships with team members and clients. ResponsibilitiesRespond quickly to internet, phone and live chat sales inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates.Execute an inbound and outbound phone script to build rapport and set sales appointments.Input/maintain information captured during phone calls into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.Keep track ofyour daily calls, emails, and appointments using CRM software.Obtain call metrics and other KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).Stay up to date with training and certifications.Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.Follow up with clients throughout their purchase process.Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with coworkers.Utilize CRM tracking system daily.Organize workflow to meet department time-frames. Strive to meet goals and quotas provided by Internet Sales Director.Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.QualificationsMust be able to work evenings and weekends.
