Job Description:
The Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal role in
supporting the Sales efforts of the organization. In this role, you
will gain valuable experience working closely with leaders at a
growth phase startup. Mentorship and coaching are core facets of
our culture, so working with us will fast-track your career in
sales. You'll be particularly well-positioned for sales success
given that you'll play an active role in helping to build our sales
engine. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by
contacting and developing relationships with potential customers
through cold outreach. To be successful in this role you should
have prior experience developing leads and meeting sales quotas.
You will help develop communication and outreach messaging in order
to set qualified meetings with prospects for our Account
Executives. If you are self-motivated, enjoy working in a team
environment and independently, and eager to join a growing startup,
then we would love to speak with you. Responsibilities:* Manage the
outbound lead generation strategy from start to finish * Contact
leads through cold calls, emails, and other touch points to fill
our sales pipeline * Design and implement customized email
campaigns and cold calling campaigns Maintain and engage active
leads* Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns as sales
opportunities * Utilize outreach automation tools and CRM to
organize contacts and drive meetings * Meet specified monthly
goals, including qualified leads and meetings * Report weekly
results to leadership team Requirements Required: * Bachelor's
Degree Strong business writing skills * 1+ years in B2B sales
experience (BDR or SDR experience preferred) * Fluent English and
effective communication skills * Unflinching hustle and ambition to
build a career as a sales leader * Incredibly organized and
detail-oriented Preferred: * Track record of success in sales *
Experience working in an early-stage startup * Experience at
organizations known for sales process (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot,
etc---)
