By leveraging automation, artificial intelligence and deep technology integrations, software developers and business users can build applications through an intuitive, visual interface, rather than traditional coding. Customers experience tremendous cost savings and create competitive advantages by developing custom applications in days and weeks versus months and years, despite a shortage of skilled developers.

As a RVP of Sales you will:

Responsibilities:



  • Build out OutSystems developing public sector U.S. Federal Government sales channel.
  • Lead the development of the short and long-term sales strategy as well as the organizational design, annual budget process, forecasting, revenue targets, and go to market strategy for the sales channel.
  • Lead sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome. This includes prospecting campaigns, driving the discovery process at meetings with both prospects and clients, forecasting, selling with Value Framework, and ultimately closing the deal.
  • Works with partners to define the scope of work for our company, providing necessary documentation and input as required for Government contracts.

    Requirements:



    • 10+ years successful field sales experience within the Federal Market with a proven track record of breaking into new accounts and navigating through complex sales processes
    • 5+ years track record of building successful sales teams
    • Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast sales results
    • Full understanding of the US Governments acquisition processes and IT budget planning
    • Have high-level relationships and experience working with government agencies, its industry partners and the System Integrator community
    • Professional working knowledge of Federal & State based sales contracts
    • Well versed in solution selling sales methodology
