Mortgage Regional Sales Manager is responsible for loan production
in their respective markets along with people, policy, pricing/fee
authority including process & procedure. Manages sales and market
development for the market served. Evaluates risk and conducts
marketing analysis as required. The job is also responsible for
revenue, expense & efficiencies for their regions. Problem solves
and intercedes with issues of residential mortgage loan
applications and communicates underwriting decisions, including
offers and/or counter officers of residential mortgage products.
Manages the sales process and the pipeline leveraging their skills
and experience to address issues, oversights, errors, following up
with the loan processing department. Manages the business
pipelines. Maintains continuous knowledge of files in process and
overall volume standing. Stays informed on trends and developments
in the local real estate market. Ensures team adheres and is aware
of changing rules and regulations pertaining to the mortgage

Responsible for profitable growth for designated teams within the
region to meet or exceed established goals and objectives for the
Division. Trains team on all aspects of doing business with TD
Banks mortgage division. Recruits, interviews, hires, counsels and
ensures training of team. Provides feedback and coaching to ensure
they are aligned with business objectives as well as a means to
correct any deficiencies. Continually assesses development and
training needs and assures programs are in place to develop and
motivate the team. Works directly with the Division Manager in
managing all elements of the business in the region. In conjunction
with Division Sales Manager, creates production goals for sales to
include application and closing goals. Consistently prospects for
new referral sources within assigned region. Develops and
implements proactive business and sales plans for assigned markets.
Makes recommendations to ensure the Mortgage Loan Officer
Commission & Incentive Plan continues to be fair and competitive.
Meets and exceeds customer satisfaction performance standards.
Participates on committees and project teams to include product
offerings and changes, policy, risk, marketing, etc. Manages budget
for designated teams within the region. Job Requirements Must be
eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to
the position. Qualifications Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or
equivalent experience 7+ years experience in mortgage origination.
5 years management experience required Must have extensive mortgage
industry & guideline knowledge Excellent sales skills Excellent
communication oral & written skills Excellent motivational skills
Keeps updated on all residential mortgages industry trends,
products, etc. Must have competitive nature to stay motivated to
exceed goals. Must be able to work in a face-paced and changing
