Call 711 for TTY/TDD. -- Qualifications -- * US Citizens or Green Card Holders only --- must be able to obtain a public trust clearance * Associates degree in computer science and seven (7) years of relevant progressive experience required.-- Progressive relevant training and/or certification may be substituted for a portion of the experience requirement. * Minimum Qualifications: * Must have strong verbal and written communications skills and be able to independently author client facing deliverables as well as facilitate meetings with clients and business customers. * Experience/understanding of requirements gathering and analyzing data to determine solutions for issues or questions and then make recommendations to clients based on findings.---- * Ability to take high level business/functional requirements and break it down to detailed technical requirements * Candidate should be experienced with agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence. * Experience working with Agile methodology in an iterative, fast-paced development environment (minimum 2 years). * Experience with requirements under an Agile methodology including authoring of Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria (minimum 2 years). * Must have experience working with SQL queries to analyze data (minimum 2 years) * Must have experience working with testers to develop test cases for requirements scenario and defining requirements traceability * Experience preparing end user training documentation such as user guides or FAQs. * Must be very eager to help with all aspects of the software development cycle and must be a self-starter.-- * Must be willing to "pitch in" on any activity, while remaining flexible with continually changing priorities.---- * Must be able to juggle competing priorities, multi-task, and continue to meet all deadlines.-- * Must be able to set realistic client expectations and deliver at or above those expectations.-- * Must be detail oriented and proactive * * Desired Qualifications: * Experience with Identity Management tools * Experience with supporting automated testing to validate requirements Essential Functions: Physical Requirements: Most work will be done at a desk or computer. Work Environment: General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers. Equipment & Machines: General office equipment including PC/laptop, Fax, Copiers, Shredder, Printers, Telephone, and other miscellaneous office equipment. Attendance: Attendance is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday.-- However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Needs to be available to work overtime during critical peaks and be available to meet last minute requests for overtime should the situation occur.
