We will put you into the heart of the action and allow you the opportunity for growth.New Car Sales Consultant - We are seeking a motivated and results-driven person to join our team. As a New Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for sales growth, and achieving designated sales targets. Your ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively will contribute to our success.Responsibilities will Include:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Present and demonstrate product features to customers
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer informationQualifications:
    • 18 years of age or older
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience in an automotive sales role or a related field preferred but not required
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
    • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires
    • Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify sales opportunities
    • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales activities
