role is part of the Rewards & Career Advisory practice offering
consulting services to clients around the globe. As a member of
this team and Aon's broader Human Capital Solutions business, you
will help empower results for our clients, some of the world's most
innovative organizations, by articulating compelling and engaging
data-driven stories. You will have direct involvement in client
engagements, support the business development process, and
contribute to building intellectual property. This role is with the
Workforce Transformation and Analytics (WTA) Team, focusing on
providing advisory services based on Aon's workforce data. WTA's
focus areas include skills-based workforce, pay equity, workforce
benchmarking, location analytics, organizational capability, AI's
impact on the workforce, performance management and succession
planning. Client projects range from several weeks to multi-year
engagements. Aon's industry focus includes financial services,
technology, life sciences, manufacturing, professional services and

Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements to deliver workforce skills related
solutions and additional workforce transformation and analytics
projects, which may include organizational design, workforce
analysis, pay equity, AI job transformation, and workforce
benchmarking.
- Manage multiple client projects, ensuring on-time, high quality
delivery of services
- Participate in client outreach efforts, including developing
proposals and closing sales
- Participate in the development and refinement of consulting
solutions
- Collaborate with Aon colleagues to deliver integrated
solutions, such as assessments, competency models, and job
architecture
- Keep abreast of advances in talent technology and workforce
trends
- Attend conferences, develop thought leadership, and contribute
to the development and learning of team membersMinimum
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in a consulting or client-serving
role
- 5 years of experience in delivering talent management solutions
(e.g., skills, job analysis, competency modeling, assessments)
- Proven ability to sell professional services and develop client
relationships
- Proactive, organized, and detail oriented; able to ensure rigor
and accuracy while meeting deadlines
- Experience in managing multiple complex projects with a diverse
range of clients requirements
- Ability to collaborate and work with others within and across
teams
- Ability to communicate and present technical concepts to
clients and stakeholders, orally and in writing
- Skill in using GenAI to provide services and deliverables to
internal stakeholders and external clients.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Statistics, Data Science,
People Analytics, Business, Human Resources, Organizational
Development, or related field
- 2 years of experience in compensation consulting, employment
law, litigation support, or government

time. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position
(intended for U.S. applicants) is $130,000 to $140,000 annually.
The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education,
experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and
alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based
on applicant's geographic location.The salary range reflected is
based on a primary work location of Chicago, IL. The actual salary
may vary for applicants in a different geographic location. This
position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual
incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in
addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is
subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive
