Our client is a global consulting firm and they are hiring a HRSD Business Process Consultant to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise and strategic insight to develop scalable, secure and innovative solutions that meet client needs and align with the company's long-term objectives.Responsibilities

• As the HRSD Business Process Consultant, you will design ServiceNow solutions that achieve both immediate and long-term goals while ensuring compatibility with third-party systems.
• You will act as a trusted advisor, providing clients and project teams with guidance on best practices, customization and overcoming technical challenges.
• Liaise with project managers and development teams to manage implementation, translating design concepts into effective solutions.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems to automate workflows and optimize business processes.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks to enhance ServiceNow responsiveness and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership on resource allocation and project timelines, ensuring successful project delivery.
• Design secure solutions in line with compliance standards, working closely with security teams to maintain robust protections.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation and share best practices across the team.Skillset
  • Minimum of five years of experience in technical roles, including workflow configuration and business rule development.
  • At least one year of experience implementing CIS - Human Resources.
  • At least one year of expertise with ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.
  • Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • CIS - Human Resources and CIS - IT Service Management certifications.
  • U.S. Citizenship required to meet federal government contract requirements.
