Salary: $28-30 per hour

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, experienced Maintenance Technician of a 340-unit residential apartment community located in Falls Church, VA (Peachtree of McLean).



Requirements:

  - - - -A minimum of three (3) years related experience and/or training in apartment maintenance

• 
  - - - -General knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, painting, appliance repair, and turnovers

• 
  - - - -HVAC Certification
  - - - -
  - - - -
• 
  - - - -Ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance
  - - - -
  - - - -
• 
  - - - -Good written and verbal communication skills
  - - - -
  - - - -
• 
  - - - -Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

  - - - -
• 
  - - - -Cover on-call emergencies

  - - - -Must have some tools as well as reliable transportation

  - - - -Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred
