About the departmentWe are growing our Total Rewards team and
looking for someone with a background in compensation, who is
passionate about developing meaningful rewards programs, guiding
organizations in making pay decisions, and building knowledge and
trust in our compensation programs.What you'll do
- Participate in compensation surveys and analyze market
data
- Audit, maintain, enhance and refresh compensation databases and
systems
- Support day to day ad hoc analytical data analysis
- Work with data to develop compensation models in order to
derive useful compensation insights that will drive our decision
making
- Partner with recruiters to create fair and competitive
compensation decisions and offers
- Partner with the People Operations and Systems team to
configure and administer compensation systems, including Workday
for compensation planning
- Help with the implementation and administration of compensation
policies and programs
- Assist with development of total compensation communications,
including training, compensation statements, videos and other
material
- Support the administration of the Company's compensation
cyclesExamples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience
- 5+ years of Compensation experience
- Experience with salary structure design and market pricing
- Exposure to with equity program administration
- Knowledge of Radford survey benchmark jobs and database
- Strong analytical skills; the ability to synthesize data and
develop insights
- Ability to work independently as well as work
collaboratively
- Exceptional communication skills both written and oral
- Microsoft Excel and Google sheets guru, proficient in
PowerPoint and presentation software
- Working knowledge of Workday, especially for Compensation
PlanningCompensationCompensation may be adjusted depending on work
location.
- For Colorado-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $109,000 -
$133,000
- For New York City, Washington, and California (excluding Bay
Area) based hires: Estimated annual salary of $122,000 -
$150,000
- For Bay Area-based hires: Estimated annual salary of $129,000 -
