Job Description:

Position Summary: Position assists in developing and executing cross-channel analyses to measure the effectiveness and recommend improvements to assigned MBA marketing campaigns. Under regular supervision,positionperforms specialized marketing analysis to define and build key audiences and personas for target marketing.Positionalso interacts with other inside and outside Association staff to carry out marketing assignments. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops intuitive and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that deliver actionable information for marketingactivities'effectiveness and business impact.
  • Identifies and builds standardized target audiences/personas for marketing campaigns.
  • Determines KPIs and designs methods for measuring success/failures.
  • Interprets data, formulates reports, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to marketing and the Association for campaign effectiveness and content improvements.
  • Synthesizes marketing data across multiple channels, including website, social media, marketing automation, and email marketing.
  • Discovers best uses of and builds standard Marketing Automation campaigns foruse bythe MBA Marketing team. Qualifications: Requires abachelor'sdegree in Marketing Analytics, Marketing, Communications, or related field, with a minimum of five years ofpriorrelevant work experience at an ad agency or in-house communications department. Competencies:
    • Requires excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Requires effective project management and organizational skills.
    • Requires proven analytical, research, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work well with others, communicatewith tact and diplomacy, and provide leadership.
    • Requires experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
    • Requires experience with a marketing analytics presentation tool such as Tableau or AWS QuickSite - including building dashboards and data sources
    • Experience with analytics in an email performance tool, such as Eloqua,preferred.
    • Experience in tracking paid searches and paid social campaigns.
    • Extensive knowledge of marketing technologysuchas attribution models, conversion tracking, audience creation, and segmentation.
    • Requiresstrong computer skills, including proficiencywithMS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
