Job Description:
MDW Associates is currently seeking a Mid-Level Technical
Security and Foreign Disclosure Analyst to join our OSD (R&E)
client in Washington, DC. The Foreign Disclosure Analyst to join
our team and contribute to our success in maintaining military
superiority through protecting the Government's most advanced
technologies from adversarial compromise.
The National Defense Authorization Act for FY 2017 reestablished
the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering
(USD[R&E]) as the chief technology officer of the DoD with the
mission of advancing technology and innovation for the DoD. The
National Defense Authorization Act gave the USD(R&E) broad
responsibility over all DoD R&D, including establishing policy
on the DoD's research and engineering, technology development,
technology transition, prototyping, experimentation, and
developmental testing activities and programs. As a result ,
USD(R&E) has established science and technology and program
protection policies to manage technical risk to DoD programs,
including R&D, from foreign influence.
The selected candidate will review and document the release of
information to international partners and customer and provide
technical and analytical support for the client through developing,
updating, administering, and evaluating policies and procedures
directly affecting the release of highly technical and sensitive
information to foreign partners and participants.
Responsibilities may include:
Experience:
Must have five (5) years of total experience in an international
related field.
Experience and mastery of the Microsoft Office suite of
applications is required.
Education:
Must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or
university in international relations, communications, or political
science. At the discretion of the Government, a minimum of four (4)
years of specialized experience which includes military experience
may be substituted in lieu of specific educational requirements, in
addition to the minimum experience listed above.
Clearance Required: Top Secret, ability to obtain and maintain SCI.
Contractors with a ICD704 eligibility within the last five (5)
years are highly desired. Contractors proposed that have not had an
SCI clearance may take more than a year to be cleared. Minimum of a
Secret clearance required for all positions not designated as
TS/SCI
