Job Description:

Aveshka is seeking an AI/ML Analyst in support of a federal agency client. The ideal candidate will be a highly resourceful team player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. This candidate has demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills, strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred) in computer science, engineering, or computer programming
• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in systems administration in a Windows environment supporting business intelligence software, with a minimum of two or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
• Experience: Minimum of two or more years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
• Clearance: -Public Trust (US Citizen)
• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with Machine Learning (ML), deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Knowledge of Algorithms: Familiarity with basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best practice patterns.
• API and Database Knowledge: Experience with REST API development, NoSQL design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.
• AI Strategy: Ability to manage and direct research and development (R&D) processes to meet the needs of an AI strategy.
• Problem Solving: Understand company and client challenges and determine how integrating AI capabilities can provide solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key areas of a business where AI solutions can drive significant benefits.
• Ethical Standards: Analyze and explain AI and ML solutions while setting and maintaining high ethical standards.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Higher Education: An MBA and/or MS degree (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Innovation: Experience with innovation accelerators.
  • Program Leadership: Familiarity with program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
