Location: -Gaithersburg, MD / Salary: -$60,000 - $70,000 We are seeking a System Administrator & Support Technician to join an extremely well run MSP. The System Administrator & Support Technician will handle escalated tickets on the service desk and complete back end systems administration with occasional project work.This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, family oriented team environment where the executives lead with encouragement and performance-based advancement opportunities.

• Experience supporting Windows servers, VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, and Azure
• Good grasp and working knowledge of acronyms like IP addresses, DNS, and DHCP
• Troubleshooting Network issues
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 (Active Directory, OU and GP management)
• O365 Administration/Troubleshooting
• Experience working in the Managed Service Provider industry is a must!!!!
