• Flexible hours = work-life balanceJob DetailsResponsibilities:Manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneouslyDeliver projects on time and under budget while achieving the highest level of client satisfaction and qualityProactively and effectively communicate with clients and project teamPlan and manage all technical and administrative aspects of mid-size construction projects up to $15MSupervise all activities related to contract administration, change orders, cost estimating, submittals, procurement and project scheduleCoordinate and manage the bidding and proposal processPrepare contracts and negotiate revisionsRequirements: 2+ years of experience as a project manager in commercial constructionAbility to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contractsExperience with interior renovation is a must!Effective verbal and written communication skills with internal and external contactsMust have strong work ethicsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook; MS Project or P6; BlueBeam Software is preferred, but not requiredInterested in hearing more?
