IGS is currently recruiting for a remote PowerApps Consultant to
support our work with Department of Health and Human Services
Assignment of Work and Travel:
This is a remote access assignment. Candidate will work remotely
daily and will remotely access HHS systems and therein use approved
HHS provided communications systems. Travel is not required;
however, the candidate may be required to attend onsite client
meetings as requested.
PowerApps Consultant to support customers with SharePoint/Power
Platform Technical Support Services. Provide technical expertise
and develop quick tool solutions to satisfy business needs with
reusable, cost-effective prototype solutions as proof of concept to
support HHS. The PowerApps Consultant will use the latest
capabilities from SharePoint (online/on-premises), Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Microsoft Teams to
deliver better information management and tracking, workflows
automation, dynamic data reporting using dashboards with data
visualization, or support any other customer's needs relating to
business development and process improvements.
Responsibilities and Duties (Included but not limited to):
Providing support on the SharePoint site development and management
in HHS SharePoint environment
Build out SharePoint sites and/or sub-sites/solutions in
conjunction with MS Teams using out of the box SharePoint
capabilities using no code/low code technical approaches
Develop and deliver service reports using SharePoint, Power BI, and
other available tools as requested
Support user requests for access security controls, creating
lists/libraries, creating forms and custom workflows, document
management requests, and other administrative tasks in the
Provide innovative technical approaches to solve business problems
by leveraging the latest SharePoint, Office 365, Power Platform
(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) features, and other
Microsoft products to develop prototypes for proof of concept
Standardize and optimize the ways data is stored and retrieved;
Provide knowledge transfer to federal staff
Other Duties as Assigned
5 years of hands-on experience with PowerApps tool
BS Degree: computer science, electronics engineering or other
closely related discipline
Understanding of business requirements and developing business
Experience with the following technology: MS Teams, SharePoint,
Power Platform-Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Ability to support customer during EST hours
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and organization skills
Ability to obtain and maintain an HHS Public Trust
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
due to clearance requirement
Preferred Qualifications and Core Competencies:

Prior, successful experience working in a remote environment
