Program Analyst with 2-7 years of program analysis and stakeholder
coordination experience to join our team that will add to our

looking for you!About the Role:You will provide stakeholder
coordination, program analysis, and program planning to a federal
government client. You will be responsible for daily support of
project coordination and task management; development of
communications and planning materials; action item tracking;
establishing and maintaining relationships with cross-functional
groups; and generating effective solutions to fulfill project needs
and objectives. You are a progressive thinker with a strong
attention to detail, and a self-starter who can juggle many tasks
on a daily basis.Key Responsibilities include (but not limited
to):
Support task management and project
coordination across lanes of the projectDevelop and finalize
communications materials and briefings with little
oversightInteract directly with clients to address taskers quickly
and effectivelyWork closely with subject matter experts to conduct
data analysis -Assist senior members of the team in providing
advice and recommendations to the governmentBuild and distribute
knowledge in public safety communications initiatives and key
conceptsOrganize program documents and files for quick search and
retrievalManage program correspondence and inquiries that
effectively represent the programProvide logistical and note-taking
support for key meetingsContribute to the firm's business
development and growth strategyLocation:You will work as part of a
dynamic team remotely. - -Required Experience/Skills: -
Bachelor's degree and at least 2
years of relevant experience -Minimum 2 years of experience
independently coordinating projects, tasks, and assignmentsAbility
to work collaboratively in a team environment by communicating
effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-- skilled in note taking during high stakes and rapidly moving
meetings, skilled in writing, editing, and knowledge
managementProficient in problem-solving with a flexible approach
toward stakeholdersReceptive to all forms of feedback from clients
and colleagues, and proactive to make changesStrong attention to
detail and commitment to quality assuranceDemonstrate a positive
attitude even when faced with changes or adversityExpert in
Microsoft Office tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)US citizenship or
permanent resident and the ability to pass suitability/public trust

Experience in strategy, change
management, or public safety a plusExperience in organizational
