• Inspect and evaluate vehicles and escalate issues when needed
• Assemble and disassemble vehicles using hand and power tools
• Test and clear scooters through an outgoing quality control process for release
• Log detais of all repairs on the computer ticketing system
• Use an e-scooter to deploy, pickup, and reposition scooters in the D.C. area
• Be a brand ambassador and positively share Helbiz with the community
• Engage with prospective riders
• Advise riders of proper scooter usage and traffic law
• Coordinate with dispatcher to recover scooters that need urgent pickup
