Description:Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington (PPMW) is hiring a Data Analyst to assist in developing complex analyses and regular reporting of PPMW's financial and operational data. This position must be able to produce complex analytics using multiple data sources and provide business insights into a growing organization. This role will plan and perform analysis of data related to all affiliate operations, including in the areas of clinic operations, cost accounting, cost control, forecast modeling and budgeting.Requirements:Essential Functions:Responsibilities will include producing and presenting financial performance updates for internal stakeholders, completing comprehensive training in EPIC as the affiliate transitions to this new system for our Electronic Health Records, developing and maintaining financial and business reporting, reviewing and analyzing financial, operational, survey, and clinical data, and providing ad-hoc analysis for special projects. This position will report to the CFO and will work with high level staff across the affiliate.Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience of experience producing complex analytics for a healthcare or non-profit organization
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, healthcare administration, economics, public administration, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• High level financial analytical experience, Tableau experience and Microsoft Office
• Preferred Planned Parenthood or other Healthcare experience.
• Preferred EPIC Electronic Health Records experience, MIP Accounting System experience, Razor's Edge experience and Survey systems experience such as: Press Ganey, DocASAP, Google Forms, or Survey MonkeyPI216731004
