Contract Type: 1099, C2C Available - No External Recruiters Accepted. Net 45 - Hourly Rate: -$63- -$70, DOE Location: Remote Agilian is seeking an experienced Data Conversion Lead to oversee the modernization of an Unemployment Insurance Tax System for our government client. This team member will lead conversion activities, create a conversion plan, ability to explain the conversion process, be a friend to the government, and provide n-depth consultation to ensure the modernization project is met on time, on scope, and at cost, The Tax Data Conversion lead should have experience delivering projects at a high level of quality acceptable for our client. - - - Responsibilities: -

• Create data conversion specifications that will be used to convert legacy data.
  • Define data requirements and assist with data extraction planning. -
  • Identify key impacts in each data load and manage exceptions which will be input to the business for iterative cleansing activities. -
  • Plan and coordinate testing cycles related to data conversion and manage defects/issues raised during team meetings and project discussions. -
  • Capable of managing conversion databases such as backups, field encryptions, and deploying fixes. -
  • Execute production data loads and execute mock loads. -
  • Performing data analysis, data mapping and reporting data issues. -
    • Lead agile scrum team story refinement. - Required Qualifications: -
      • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. -
      • Strong presentation and facilitation skills. -
      • Strong consulting and communication skills. -
      • Ability to undergo a background investigation - - -
      • 6+ years of experience in data migration (preferably in tax spaces) - -
      • 4+ years of as a Data Conversion Lead -
        • 4+ years of working within an Agile development teams -
        • 4+ years developing - detailed requirements and success criteria -
        • Expertise with MS Visio, Lucid Charts, or similar process modeling tools -
        • Expertise with MS Office 365 Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Preferred Qualifications: - -
