Job Description:
Savan Group seeks Business Analyst to provide a mix of process
improvement, data management/analysis, and administrative support
to the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Attention to detail and
the ability to juggle multiple priorities are critical to this
position. In addition, the candidate must be comfortable in a
fast-paced environment and in a client-facing role. Role
Responsibilities:Provide functional expertise in several of the
following areas: Data Call Support, Performance Monitoring,
Management Reporting, Operating Budgets,FITARA, - KPI Measurement,
Project Portfolio Reporting, Training Requests, and Strategic
Management Support.In general, functional support includes: - - - -

Assess the impact of trends,
policies, and standard methodologies on functional
objectivesAnalyze the functional area and make recommendations,
including process and procedure recommendationsSupport the
development of solutions and recommendations to address functional
challengesProvide training on the functional area as
neededQualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree4+ years of
experience with 2+ years in a client-facing roleKnowledge and
experience in several functional areas; willingness to lean new
functionsAbility to manage requests from multiple clientsAdept at
MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePointU.S.
citizenshipPreferred Qualifications:
Understanding of the Federal budget
