Program Analyst, Junior - Program ManagementPrometheus Federal Services (PFS), a trusted partner to federal health and social services, -is currently seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support a federal contract.The selected individual will be an integral part of a multi-organizational team tasked with supporting healthcare transformation within a government agency. Innovative support will be necessary across several areas, including: Program and Project Management and Integration, Improvement and Change Management, Data and Analyses, Training, Strategic Communications and Implementation, Supply Chain, Financial Management Modernization, and Policy Support.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The Junior Program Analyst will support the company in tasks requiring program planning, audits, and evaluations related to various healthcare programs and projects. Tasks may include supporting program analysis, strategic planning, integrated master scheduling, event planning, Congressional Affairs, metrics, Financial Management systems and risk management.Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree 3 years of related experience Strong analytical skills with ability to identify alternativesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven ability to work independently and as part of a teamAuthorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely Ability to obtain a Public Trust if required Preferred Qualifications:

Academic degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or another similar fieldExperience supporting a national health program and/or providing PMO support to a large, complex federal initiative Consulting firm experience at the Department of Veterans AffairsConsulting firm experience at Federal agenciesConsulting firm experienceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin.
