  • Act as the lead Project Manager from bid to project completion
  • Manage Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Sub-Contractors for designated Projects
  • Manage all financial aspects of the construction project
  • Build and maintain relationships with Client's/OwnersQualifications for a successful candidate include:
    • 4 Year Degree in related field
    • Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager
    • Relevant market experience (projects over $20MM+)
