POSITION OVERVIEW The Compliance Analyst reports to the U.S.
Operations Team Lead and is responsible for creating and conducting
compliance audits to simulate the in-market consumer experience.
The Analyst will use the Internet and devices from the major
telecommunications carriers to ensure consumer purchases, data, and
privacy, are within the set guidelines. In addition, this position
will work with the Operations Manager as a liaison to the
Development and Operations team on process improvement initiatives.
This is a full-time, exempt position. This position is fully remote
and located in the United States. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Compliance AuditingMonitor and document consumer experiences
associated with mobile apps, text message programs, digital
advertising campaigns, and digital payment processesInvestigate
businesses and individuals to identify high-risk industry
participants and potential threatsConduct privacy testing on mobile
apps, documenting consumer experience elements and data
transmissionsIdentify content issues and apply relevant audit
standardsEstablish and consistently apply internal and client-based
precedentsEnsure high-quality, accurate, complete, and consistent
client deliverable productionProvide compliance support, working
with advertisers, aggregators, and content providers to help them
understand requirements and update their programs
accordinglyAdditional duties as required Data SupportServe as data
subject matter expert and liaison between Operations, Product, and
Engineering for product development, feature enhancement, and
automationPerform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality
assurance at every stage of product lifecycleLiaise with Product to
determine and develop user requirements for systems in production,
to ensure maximum usability, contributing to user acceptance and
beta testingAuthor and update internal documentation as needed, and
formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentationRespond
to escalations with supporting research and recommendations JOB
COMPENTENCIES/SKILL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:Proficient in Excel
and other Microsoft Office Suite applicationsStrong analytical
skillsStrong time-management skillsExcellent written and oral
communication skillsFlexibility to perform within a structured
team, as well as individually, to meet project goals on tight
deadlinesAble to organize and differentiate high volumes of
dataExcellent communicator with the ability to translate data into
actionable insightsProficiency with Splunk, preferredStrong
technical aptitude and ability to identify opportunities for
automation and scalability through process analysis
EDUCATION/TRAINING:Bachelor's degree required, or 2+ years'
equivalent work experience in professional capacity1+ years
experience using a data analysis tool1+ years producing,
organizing, and interpreting client-facing reports2+ years'
experience working with digital services and technologies (mobile
