At ManTech International Corporation, you ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Cyber Security Analyst, Senior/IA Policy & Process Analyst, to join our team in the Springfield, VA, area.Plans, Policy, and IntegrationThe Policy and Planning (P&P) team supports the Cyber Operations Squadron (COS) by overseeing the development and publication of cyber awareness and COS informational material. The P&P team performs up-to-date documentation and visibility that includes Knowledge Management and configuration of SharePoint and other data sharing platforms.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Oversees the development, review, and consolidation of the Cyber Operations Squadron (COS) standard operating procedures (SOPs)Initiates and maintains After Action Reports (AARs) to maintain operational continuityManages the Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) documentation by developing and reviewing it annually or upon major change requirementsProvides knowledge management of all COS recordsPerforms administrative actions to organize COS documents and e-mail groupsBasic Qualifications:Experience working with computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.Experience working with cyber operations and security architectureStrong time management and multitasking skills as well as attention to detail as we well as strong collaborative skills and proven ability to work in a diverse team of security professionals.IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hirePreferred Qualifications:Experience working with information security practices, networks, software, and hardwareExperience working with cyber operations and security architectureSecurity Clearance Requirements:Must possess an active TS/SCI w/ PolygraphPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
