Job DescriptionHill Associates Corporation is seeking a Senior
Information Technology (IT) Financial Analyst to join our team
supporting the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at a
large Washington, D.C. Cabinet-level Federal agency. The Financial
Analyst will work with the consulting team's program manager and
other financial analysts to support efficient financial management
for a large enterprise Shared Services Program. The position will
primarily focus on financial support related to the Security
Operations Center (SOC) within OCIO. It will involve interfacing
with system and service owners and contract support staff for SOC
infrastructure and operations, which may be both federal employees
and contractors. In addition, the position will need to interface
with other OCIO financial stakeholders as part of large-scale
migration and transition activities.The IT Financial Analyst role
will require strong financial tracking acumen; including
proficiency in the development and maintenance of cost models,
spend ledgers, what-if scenarios, and strong analytical and
collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will principally be
experienced with or knowledgeable of the Federal Government budget
process. Familiarity with Technology Business Management (TBM) or
other financial management taxonomy frameworks is preferred.
Additionally, it would be helpful if the candidate also has general
knowledge of enterprise IT services and service contracts, such as
those providing security operations, major 3rd Party Cloud Service
Providers (CSPs) (e.g., Amazon Web Services and Microsoft
Azure/O365), and generalized IT support systems. Remote-based
support in the Washington, D.C. area is currently supported. What
You Will Get to Do:The IT Financial Analyst will be responsible for
establishing and maintaining financial data sets to include price
catalogs, services cost schedules and inventories, price estimation
utility documents or worksheets, developing cost models, producing
cost estimates and what-if scenarios, evaluating cost drivers, cost
benchmarking, proposing methodologies to allocate costs across
customers, tracking and reconciling funds execution, supporting the
validation of vendor invoicing, and producing various financial
