ResponsibilitiesThe Requirements Analyst will support an Information Technology (IT) Review Board and lead requirements gathering and business analysis for enterprise-wide IT solutions for a State Department client. The requirements analyst will lead discussions and interviews with Federal clients to define business requirements and coordinate with a technical team to translate the requirements into technical functionality. The candidate must have experience gathering business and technical requirements, developing user stories, conducting analysis of alternatives, and proposing best-fit solutions for organizational needs. Understanding of IT change management processes and experience working within an Agile environment is a plus. QualificationsThe following skills/experience/knowledge are required to be considered for this role: Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.

  • TS, SCI eligible, Clearance required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to use effective facilitation skills and techniques to elicit requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and define and document requirements
  • Experience working with stakeholders to distill and translate complex IT projects, solutions, and technologies into business and technical requirements and develop applicable product documentation
  • Familiar with analysis of alternatives, propose solutions, and articulate the business impact to clients
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders to gather user stories and refine the requirements to define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
  • Experience analyzing user stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
  • Proactive and comfortable working independently
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills The following skills/experience/knowledge are preferred to be considered for this role:
    • Experience working within Department of State and/or the Intelligence Community, or other Federal agencies with international focus.
