Position Summary

Support G400 in redesigning their performance management system.

• Help define new processes to support the design of the program.
• Participate in engagement sessions to socialize program recommendations, solicit feedback, and respond to questions.
• Conduct literature reviews and identify best practices.
• Develop your knowledge of performance management, change management, awards and recognition, and more.
• Additional responsibilities may apply based on the skillset of the practitioner.
  
  Qualifications Required:
  
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a closely related field, OR 4 years of comparable work experience
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employee sponsorship, now or anytime in the future
  • Experience within the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense
  • Experience working in a consulting, finance, or accounting within an IT or operations environment
  • Possess exceptional communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft suite of applications
