Job Description:

The Senior Merchandise Analyst, Omni Channel will work within the Inventory Allocation team and liaise with various levels and departments across the entire organization to ensure that these collaborative and interactive projects and processes move forward. Building and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholder groups, including Category Management, Store Operations, Information Technology and the overall Inventory Department is a critical aspect of this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support the development and management of project plans in our project management system with identifiable critical path, task dependencies, and major milestones as it relates to Internet Inventory needs and customer purchasing interactions as it relates to inventory availability.
Daily interaction with inventory orders outside of normal allocation processes.
Tracking incoming inventory as it relates to Internet orders and special allocation related to Omni Channel demand (customer purchase experience - Inventory).
Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Coordinate maintain and own meetings, establishes agendas, writes minutes.
Supports development of presentation material for Omni Chanel - Inventory.
Identify and escalates project risks to the stakeholders.
Resolve project roadblocks for Omni Channel Inventory related issues.
Meet with key stakeholders to proactively manage tasks.
Reporting duties as specified by the management
Additional duties as assigned by management.
Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.

Education and Experience (Required)
Bachelors' Degree required.
2+ years of progressive work responsibility.
Inventory Allocation background preferred.
Experience working in a high-growth environment, with shifting priorities.

Skills (Required)
Omni Channel experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Microsoft Project or a similar task planning tool recommended.
Able to analyze large volumes of data.
Detail oriented.
Flexible personality with the ability to deal with ambiguity and to think outside the box and provide a continuous flow of new ideas and process improvements.
Strong interpersonal skills. Able to maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Effective communication skills. Crisp and clear. Informs and directs appropriately on both verbal and written fronts
