          Duties
          • You will identify conflicts and adverse trends, and prepare reports.
          • You will participate in technical activities to collect and assemble data.
          • You will advise scientific and administrative staff on the preparation and coordination of procurement requests and related documentation.
          • You will be responsible for the analysis and management of the technical and business requirements of the Division's acquisition process.
          • You will evaluate of proposals, and the contract negotiation and award process.
          • You will manage major contract and be involved in the preparation of contract modifications.
          • You will establishes contract cost schedule reporting requirements and collect and evaluate cost schedule performances.
          • You will oversee the preparation of tracking of deliverables, and the posting of costs to the Laboratory's electronics procurement system. Help

              Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-01/04) or pay band (NO-01) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience shows the ability to 1) analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; 2) plan and organize work and; 3) communicate effectively orally and in writing.
