Job Description:

• Provide field leadership on local commercial construction projects both renovation and new construction
  • Work collaboratively with the project manager and other operations and field staff
    • Read drawings, obtain permits, and prepare job site for construction
      • The Superintendent will schedule, monitor, and supervise field labor
        • As a Superintendent, you will process pay apps, coordinate inspections, and walk the construction site
          • As a field leader, you will coordinate the daily and weekly reporting of production, job site labor, materials, supplies, and more
            • Oversee subcontractor progress on a daily basis, to maintain the schedule, profitability of the construction project, and adherance to the construction project schedule
              • Conduct weekly safety meetings with subcontractors and other field staff
