    Great Falls is a grain processing facility focused on producing high quality bread and specialty flours. The plant is union and there are approximately 44 team members at the site.
    As a member of plant support staff, you are expected to support, influence, and lead various plant wide efforts and initiatives. Act as a coach and advisor to the site, provide support and technical assistance in the administration of and compliance with federal, state, local, and company HSE (Health, Safety, Environmental) requirements. Implement standards and procedures that protect human safety and the environment.
    Provide Logistics leadership for the warehouse team that elevates and accelerates toward a world-class performance operation. Lead, motivate, inspire, and develop team members to achieve outstanding manufacturing results, while leveraging Continuous Improvement tools and driving Zero Loss Culture. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Health, Safety, and Engineering (HSE) Accountabilities: --- Leads and supports plant-wide initiatives and efforts for site health, safety, security, and environmental
    --- Serves as the Site HSE Pillar Owner; primary point of contact and resource for health, safety & environmental issues at the facility
    --- Represents the Site during Regional HSE Pillar functions
    --- Ensures the impact of regulatory changes on the businesses are being managed
    --- Ensures completion and submittal of all required Environmental reports for the facility
    --- Leads compliance assurance efforts by facilitating frequent HSE self-assessments and tracks corrective action plans to completion
    --- Provides leadership, direction, and prioritization for site HSE objectives as part of the master planning process
    --- Mentors, develops, and builds capability in Site HSE Process Owners
    --- Monitors facility performance against HSE goals and objectives and communicates results to Central Safety Committee. Supports CSC efforts and serves as back-up to Plant Manager
    --- Reports company-required HSE metrics at required frequencies in GSTEMS
    --- Actively participates in change management such as relocation, modification, and decommissioning of any affected facility, equipment or process
    --- Ensures site HSE risk analyses are performed and communicated to Facility Manager, Central Safety Committee, and Regional HSE Leader
    --- Collaborates with other Pillars/business functions and participates in special projects as assigned
    --- Provides support to the site to address regulatory inspections and complaints
    --- Provides assistance in the investigation of significant incidents (fire, chemical releases, fatalities, severe or multiple injuries, etc.) and follow-up on corrective actions ensuring information is shared throughout the Company to prevent re-occurrence Logistics Accountabilities: --- Responsible to lead Logistics Warehouse team members in all areas, including off-shifts. Ensuring all work is completed with Safety first mentality
    --- Provide business and technical leadership necessary to ensure both the department and facility meet and/or exceed goals in critical manufacturing areas (Human Safety, Food Safety, Cost, Quality, Sanitation, System Utilization, Customer Service, Productivity and Environmental)
    --- Develop long-term Organization structure vision and mission
    --- Direct and lead Logistics Warehouse Operations staff in the execution of OGSM and Master Plan
    --- Establish and sustain behaviors (Standard work and process improvements) and metrics that support zero loss culture. Lead Zero Loss Culture standards for site Warehouse Operations and Inventory
    --- Facilitate effective sharing of information across work teams, business areas and functional areas - particularly in packaging where the warehouse is considered an extension of our packing operations.
    --- Lead, mentor and serve as technical resource and process standard resource for Warehouse operations (Shipping -including palletizing operation, Receiving, Line Supply, Inventory Control, and Receiving Admin)
    --- Ensure Logistics 5S is completed including monthly Health checks on documentation
    --- Responsible to approve and process weekly payroll
    --- Obtain in-depth understanding of logistics processes and ensure that team members are progressively developing technical expertise.
    --- Drive Continuous Improvement and total employee engagement in critical success areas by empowering leaders and employees to utilize CI tools.
    --- Review daily operational performance reports and drive accountability in critical success areas - System Performance as it relates to Packaging systems
    --- Ensure process failure root causes are identified and eliminated
    --- Other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS --- Demonstrated Leadership traits
    --- Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills
    --- Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting work priorities, adversity, and change
    --- Ability to plan, lead, and execute initiatives in a complex environment
    --- Sound analytical and business judgement including demonstrated problem solving and trouble shooting skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS --- Bachelor's degree
    --- Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in the areas of Safety and Logistics
    --- Strong interpersonal, coaching, and project management skills
    --- Strong written and oral communication skills
    --- Proficient in key computer software applications
    --- Working knowledge of local HSE regulations
    --- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing or related field
