• Operational Excellence: Defining the Operating Business System required to align the organization, provide the common language and framework for collaboration and assessment, build resilience, and develop the platform for continuous improvement.
  
• Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization: Developing nimble end-to-end supply chains, tailored to evolving environmental dynamics and market needs, leveraging digital capabilities and technologies to drive competitive advantage.
  
• Process Optimization: Designing core processes to achieve next-level productivity and effectiveness aligned to the existing and aspirational needs of the organization
  
• Cost Transformation: Assessing the overall cost structure, identifying the levers and opportunities, developing the roadmap, and executing the programs to achieve required cost parameters over the defined time horizons.

  Positions for Early Career professionals:
  
  Consultant: As a consultant, you will have access to incredible on-the-job learning experiences. You will work collaboratively as part of a client-facing team to help your client meet its business objectives and deliver tangible value. You will regularly interact with and learn from more experienced team members in roles related to strategy and operations. Our clients are located across the U.S., so flexibility regarding work travel is necessary. Minimum of one-year management consulting experience that is focused on strategy and operations, not systems integration/technology.
  
  Representative positions for experienced professionals:
  
  Principal Consultant: We are looking for two-plus years of Big 4 management consulting experience within strategy and operations working across industry verticals. In this role, you will create and co-facilitate executive-level presentations and cross-functional workshops. If you have recent Big 4 consulting experience working with clients across industry verticals, then this is the opportunity for you. Must have flexibility and willingness to travel 75% once it's deemed safe to do so.
  
  Manager: If you have five-plus years of experience with three of the most recent being in Big 4 management consulting - as well as a track record for developing and maintaining consulting delivery framework with a practice capability - we want to hear from you! You will thrive enabling day-to-day engagement operations, contributing to client solutions, and honing your practice area expertise. High travel tolerance required once it's safe to do so.
  
  Senior Manager: Are you ready to build client relationships, influence client strategies, mentor and manage teams, and drive successful solutions? If you have eight or more years of professional experience including a minimum of four recent years in Big 4 management consulting working with the C-suite - this could be your next big career move.
