Comply is seeking a senior communications leader to define and
execute our PR, media, and executive communications strategy — and
to elevate our CEO and executive team into visible, trusted
authorities within financial services and regulatory compliance.
This role owns how Comply is understood by the market: what stories
get told, where we show up, who speaks for us, and why we matter.
You will lead earned and owned media, executive visibility, social
influence, and external recognition with a clear mandate: build
credibility in a highly regulated industry, shape category
narrative, and connect communications output to measurable business
outcomes. This is a high-caliber role for a strategic operator who
understands the nuance, rigor, and trust required to communicate
with financial institutions, regulators, and compliance leaders —
and who can translate complex regulatory and AI-driven innovation
into clear, compelling narratives across integrated channels.
Responsibilities: PR & Media Strategy (Primary Focus) Define and
execute Comply’s global PR and earned media strategy aligned to
company and go-to-market priorities Proactively shape category
narratives across RegTech, financial services, compliance, and AI
Develop creative, compelling media pitches that resonate with
fintech, financial services, regulatory, and business press Build
and maintain deep relationships with top-tier and vertical media
covering financial services, regulation, technology, and risk
Secure high-impact earned coverage, interviews, features, and news
stories that reinforce leadership and credibility Lead press
strategy for product launches, M&A, leadership announcements,
regulatory insights, and major client milestones Executive
Communications & CEO Visibility Serve as the CEO’s primary partner
on external communications, narrative, and public presence Shape
the CEO’s and executives’ points of view on regulatory change,
market dynamics, AI, and industry trends Build executive content
including bylines, op-eds, keynote narratives, speeches, talking
points, and LinkedIn posts Secure and position the CEO and
executives for high-value external visibility, including media
interviews, contributed articles, podcasts, and industry forums
Build a consistent, credible executive voice that balances
authority, clarity, and approachability Expert Speaker Bureau &
Executive Amplification Work cross-functionally with Product,
Regulatory Services, Legal, Marketing, and Sales to identify,
develop, and elevate Comply subject-matter experts Build and manage
an expert speaker’s bureau representing Comply across regulatory,
compliance, AI, and financial services domains Prepare executives
and designated experts for external speaking, panels, podcasts,
media interviews, and industry forums Ensure speakers are aligned
to core narratives, message discipline, and market priorities Use
the speaker bureau to extend Comply’s visibility, credibility, and
influence beyond the CEO alone Awards, Recognition & External
Validation Own Comply’s awards strategy across industry, product,
innovation, compliance, and leadership programs Identify,
prioritize, and manage submissions that meaningfully elevate brand
and executive credibility Partner with Product, Marketing, and
Leadership to translate outcomes into winning submissions Use
awards and recognition as amplification engines across PR, social,
sales enablement, and owned channels Earned Owned Media Integration
Own the integration of earned media with owned channels, ensuring
consistent narrative across press, social, executive content, and
brand platforms Develop editorial calendars and content themes that
reinforce thought leadership and authority Partner with Brand,
Product Marketing, Demand, and Sales Enablement to align messaging
without diluting credibility Social Strategy, Amplification &
Influence Own Comply’s social strategy, with a primary focus on
LinkedIn Lead executive and employee social amplification to extend
the reach of earned media, podcasts, awards, and thought leadership
Develop playbooks and content frameworks to enable Sales and
client-facing leaders to participate credibly in social
conversations Train Sales leadership and select reps on effective
social selling aligned to executive and brand messaging Social
Tools, Augmentation & Aggregation Own strategy and execution for
social media management, aggregation, and advocacy platforms (e.g.,
Oktopost, Hootsuite, or similar) Design scalable workflows for
content distribution, executive amplification, and employee
advocacy Monitor engagement, sentiment, and performance;
continuously optimize approach Measurement, Analytics & Outcomes
Define success metrics for PR, executive communications, social
influence, and external recognition Track and report on outputs and
outcomes including media quality, share of voice, executive
visibility, awards impact, social engagement, and downstream
influence Partner with Marketing Ops, Revenue, and Leadership to
connect communications efforts to brand lift, trust, pipeline
influence, and strategic initiatives Use data and insight to refine
strategy and demonstrate impact Media Readiness, Message Discipline
& Issues Management Prepare executives and spokespeople for media
interviews, podcasts, panels, and public appearances Develop
message frameworks, rapid-response narratives, and executive
guidance Partner closely with Legal, Compliance, People, and
Executive Leadership on sensitive or high-stakes communications
Skills and Qualifications: 6 years of experience in PR, media
relations, executive communications, or journalism Proven success
leading communications in a regulated industry (financial services,
fintech, RegTech, or adjacent B2B SaaS) Strong existing media
relationships and a track record of high-impact earned coverage
Deep experience across integrated channels: earned media, owned
content, social, executive communications, awards, and thought
leadership Exceptional writer with strong editorial judgment and
narrative instincts Comfortable advising senior executives and
operating in high-visibility, high-trust environments Experience
measuring communications impact and tying efforts to business
outcomes $121,000 - $132,000 a year The all-in total compensation
for this role is $121,000 and $132,000. A reasonable estimate of
the base salary range would be $110,000 - $120,000 plus applicable
bonus/benefit offerings, etc., as those similarly situated within
the Company. It takes into account a wide range of factors that are
considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not
limited to, skill sets, training, licensure and certification, and
