will do Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you
will be an agile Marketing Manager to play a key role in the
incubation and implementation of multiple innovative measures to
support long-term growth for TAVNEOS. This position reports into
the Marketing Director of Innovation and Data Lead Strategy.
Innovation and Data Lead Operational Support Drive executional
excellence in growth levers based on the Data Lead Program Support
pilots and pull thru in Marketing Innovation, including business
case development, project completion, and measurement framework
implementation Provide project management support for business
growth initiatives, ensuring breakthroughs and actions are tracked
and completed Contribute to embedding new capabilities into brand
working norms (e.g., AI tools, Amgen Brand Management standard
methodologies) Strategic Planning Support Support implementation of
the Cross-Functional Strategic Brand Plan by tracking deliverables,
synthesizing inputs, and ensuring timelines are met Drive
Operational and Cross-Functional Communications Excellence Handle
the brand budget including spend tracking, coordination with
finance, and assist in preparation of business case and executive
documentation Support the operational process for Integrated
Business Reviews (QBRs) and Insights sessions Develop and deliver
internal communications (e.g., newsletters, meeting updates, event
logistics) to drive engagement and alignment across teams Prepare
leadership communications and updates, ensuring accuracy and
clarity in reporting to senior partners What we expect of you We

qualifications. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree OR Masters
degree and 2 years of marketing, commercial, project management or
cross functional operations experience OR Bachelors degree and 4
years of marketing, commercial, project management or cross
functional operations experience OR Associates degree and 8 years
of marketing, commercial, project management or cross functional
operations experience OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of
marketing, commercial, project management or cross functional
operations experience Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated
experience in project management, with the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Strong
organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and
verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the
ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and
external partners Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage time
effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Ability
to adapt to changing priorities and business needs What you can

way. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S.
(excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on
several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills,
experience, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary,
